A Republican who unsuccessfully challenged Rep. Maxine Waters, D-L. a., for her seat in November 2020 is trying to get nearly $100,000 within the veteran politician and her committee for attorneys’ costs and charges associated with his libel and slander lawsuit against her which was reinstated on appeal. Plaintiff Joe E. Collins III alleged the
